Terms and Conditions

Terms of delivery

The minimum order amount is 39 EUR (thirty-five euros), the goods in our warehouse in Lithuania are delivered from 2 to 3 working days. Goods are delivered to other EU countries in 3 to 8 working days.

The main deliveries are made through courier services: Lietuvos Paštas; Omniva; DPD. Shipments are sent via terminals (post offices), Lietuvos paštas Express terminals, Omniva terminals (post offices), DPD terminals (post offices).

Delivery price in Lithuania 1EUR.

We also carry out international deliveries up to 1kg, the price is from 4 to 10EUR. Sending is performed through Lietuvos Paštas.

Payment and payment methods

At the time of booking confirmation, you confirm the payment with your existing credit card, or you can pay via Paypal.

Returning the goods

Return conditions:

The customer is given the opportunity to replace the items handed over to him with other similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or complexity or to return the goods he does not like.

The Customer may exercise such right within 30 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to him (starting from the moment when the Customer or another person obliged by him signs the order receipt). This right of the Customer is related to the fact that the Customer is dissatisfied with the dimensions, shape, color, model or set of the respective goods.

Replacement and return of goods is possible only if the replaced or returned goods meet the following requirements:

  • were not used;

  • were not damaged;

  • the consumer properties of the goods are preserved;

  • intact original packaging of goods;

  • did not lose its commercial appearance.

In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging.


General rules of the e-shop

General provisions

These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter - the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter - “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter - UAB “Infomarket”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop (hereinafter “e-shop”).

The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement

The agreement between you and UAB Infomarket, which manages the e-shop, hereinafter UAB Infomarket, is considered concluded from the moment you have formed a shopping cart in the e-shop, indicating the delivery address, After selecting the payment method and reading our rules, click the "Order" button.

The agreement comes into force when, within 3 (three) working days, we receive your payment, which is reflected in the bank's information system, for the goods and is valid until the full delivery of the goods.

Every agreement concluded between UAB Infomarket and you is stored in the e-shop

E-mailed and printed order mail is a pre-invoice by which payment is made.

Your rights

You have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the e-shop, unless the agreement is concluded for:

in other cases when the purchase and sale agreement cannot be withdrawn, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

You are in charge

You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days of placing the order, and accept them, unless otherwise agreed.

If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.

By using the e-shop, you agree to these sales rules and must comply with them.

Rights of UAB Infomarket e-shop

If the Buyer tries to damage the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, UAB Infomarket may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

UAB Infomarket, in case of important circumstances, may temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the e-shop without notifying you in advance.

UAB Infomarket may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

UAB Infomarket undertakes:

To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop

Deliver the goods ordered by you to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.

UAB Infomarket, in case of important circumstances, unable to deliver the ordered goods to you, we undertake to offer you a similar product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, return the money paid to you within 72 hours.

Delivery of goods

The goods are delivered by UAB Infomarket or our authorized representatives.

During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with UAB Infomarket or Our authorized representative.

When you sign the Invoice or delivery document of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered.

If you notice a violation of the consignment, you have the right not to accept the consignment and mark it on the consignment note if it would be possible to take a photo of the consignment at the time of acceptance. When you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order.

Returns and warranty

The return of items takes place in accordance with the 2001. June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”.

The guarantee document is considered to be a issued VAT invoice from the beginning of the supply.

The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty for mechanical concealed parts and a 24-month warranty for plastic parts of the device from the date of purchase.

The returned item must be fully completed. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, UAB Infomarket or Our representative will not accept the item for return.

The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.

The cost of returning the product is borne by you, unless the product is returned due to poor product quality.

When a defective product is returned, UAB Infomarket undertakes to pick up the defective product and replace it with an analogous product. In case UAB Infomarket does not have an analogous product, it will refund you the money paid for the product within 2 days.

Product warranty

The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty for the mechanical part of the product.


You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, UAB Infomarket is not responsible for the consequences.

You are responsible for the actions taken using the e-shop

You are responsible for passing the identification code (password) to third parties. If third parties use your identification code (password), you are responsible for the actions taken by the third party.

Sending information

UAB Infomarket sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in your registration form.

You send all notices and questions by the means specified in the “Contacts” section of the Infomarket UAB e-store



Protection of personal data

Any information that is related to personal data is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and which is implemented taking into account the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

The Seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the Buyer's personal data to third parties except for persons contributing to the execution of the order, for whom this data is necessary for successful order execution (eg postal couriers).

Final Provisions

Distribution of any information of the e-shop without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules.

Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
